Automation of the Picking Zone for KVF ‘Roma’, Kharkiv

ROMA HORECA is a distributor of products for the HoReCa segment across Ukraine. A wide assortment of goods and the high intensity of orders required a solution that eliminates picking errors and does not demand lengthy training for staff. We optimized the picking process with the Pick-to-Light system.

Now, product selection is simple and error-free thanks to light-guided navigation:

A light indicator turns on next to the required bin.

The operator takes the specified quantity of products from that bin.

The picked items are placed into a transport container.

The container automatically moves along the conveyor to the shipping area.

Thus, Pick-to-Light makes the picking process visually intuitive, fast, and precise, without the need for additional instructions or paper lists.
