Operating Principle

Rail-Guided Movement: The Miniload crane travels along fixed rails between shelving aisles, transporting load units to the picking zone.

Load Identification: Each container carries a unique code scanned by a reader, enabling precise recognition of its contents and location.

Route Optimization: The integrated control system processes data and determines the most efficient travel path.

Accurate Positioning: Horizontal and vertical movements are guided by laser sensors, ensuring positioning accuracy of ±15 mm horizontally and ±10 mm vertically.

Delivery to Picking Zone: Miniload cranes transfer boxes directly from storage racks to the operator or an automated processing station.
