Automation Project for TEKS Ukraine. The project involves a modern parcel sorting line that automatically weighs, measures dimensions, and performs sorting: first along the conveyor and then into carts. The integrated solution combines automatic weight and dimension input (W&D) with subsequent sorting, ensuring fast and accurate flow distribution.

As part of the implementation, a sorting system was designed using roller conveyors, a weighing and dimensioning unit, and a cross sorter that performs automatic parcel sorting. The system throughput is up to 600 boxes per hour, with dimension measurement in the range of 150–800 mm.

A Put‑to‑Light system complements the solution: after scanning a parcel, the corresponding container is illuminated, and the operator immediately places the package in the designated location.

As a result, manual labor is minimized and parcel processing speed is increased. Automating this process has become an important milestone in the development of TEKS infrastructure and in enhancing the efficiency of their logistics operations.
